"I’ve always felt broken physically and/or mentally. Something was never right or healthy for the past 10 years. Over the years I searched to fix each piece of myself through every means I could find which brought a lot of ups and downs for myself and my family. Despite each modality having a place in my healing journey, nothing made me feel whole. Exercise was always the closest to making me feel whole, but my body would go into crisis whenever I felt I had a routine. When I couldn’t exercise, my mind would spiral. Last October I stumbled on a workshop that Jenn offered in Epping. I wasn’t sure what to make of it but felt drawn to try more so I continued to go to workshops and practice on my own. Kundalini yoga brings me a sense of calm, peace and wholeness that I had been searching for for so long. It connects the dots for me, physically, mentally and spiritually and gives me a means to cope and stay present during difficult times. Jenn brings her bright energy and passion to the yoga practice that keeps me connected and inspires me to practice everyday. I now have a deep desire for more and look forward to every opportunity to practice under Jenn. Her openness, dedication and encouragement has been more inspirational in my life than she will ever know."
